Hi, I’m Cara Kennedy and I’m obsessed with Natural Products. I’m also a passionate business strategist, holistic nutritionist and owner of Rose Hip Consulting.

I launched my business in 2018 while attending the Institute of Holistic Nutrition with the intention of helping brands exclusively within the natural products industry. Fast-forward to today, and I’ve worked with many thriving brands in the wellness space, but also have expanded my services to support small businesses with business plan development and growth strategies. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba and have spent many years in different corporate marketing and business analytic roles that have contributed to a well-rounded resume in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry. Most notable was my position as a product manager for Manitoba Harvest, the world’s largest hemp food manufacturer. While there, I assisted in managing branded food and supplement products for Costco, Whole Foods, Loblaw, Wal-Mart, Kroger, Sobeys, Amazon, Well.ca and more. When I’m not building Excel forecasts or reading consumer trends and insights, I’m wandering the aisles of a health food store and dreaming up recipes. Nothing brings me greater joy than creating nutritious and delicious (no compromise) food for my crew.
