Cara
Kennedy

Hi, I’m Cara Kennedy and I’m obsessed with Natural Products. I’m also a passionate product marketer, holistic nutritionist and owner of Rose Hip Consulting. I launched my business in 2018 while attending the Institute of Holistic Nutrition after realizing my greatest impact as a nutritionist and marketer would come from helping brands create better food products.

I have a well-rounded resume in the consumer packaged goods industry, holding various sales, marketing and product development roles. Most notable was my position as a product manager for Manitoba Harvest, the world’s largest hemp food manufacturer. While there, I assisted in managing branded food and supplement products for Costco, Whole Foods, Loblaw, Wal-Mart, Kroger, Sobeys, Amazon, Well.ca and more!

When I’m not reading and writing about natural health or wandering the aisles of a health food store, I’m messing around in the kitchen testing out holistic recipes. Nothing makes me smile more than creating nutritious and delicious (no compromise) food for my crew. My best day ever is every day because I love my job as a consultant and work in the most innovative natural products industry!
